A fix was deployed on Airbnb's side on Thu, Feb 26, 2026 02:57 UTC.
At this point, the messages are still missing from the API and we are waiting for a resolution from Airbnb for when they will be restored.

Our smart devices partner, Seam, has confirmed that the outage has been resolved. All systems are now up and running, including device management such as Smart lock codes and thermostat presets syncs.

Vrbo API is operational.

The issue has been resolved and the application is reachable again.

Our customer support provider has resolved the issue, and support is available again.
The Hospitable app was not impacted at any time.

The Vrbo integration and reconnection process has returned to its fully functional state.

The fix has been implemented, and Airbnb conversations are now loading properly.
