We are currently seeing an incident with Seam that is handing our smartlock and thermostat integrations. At this point in time we cannot communicate with the Seam API. We are in direct communication with the Seam team to get it resolved.
All new reservations and updates on reservations are impacted. Existing reservations will have the smartlock codes and thermostat configuration configured as expected.

Between 15:11 UTC and 20:10 UTC no scheduled messages were actually sent out to VRBO guests. We are working on recovering and sending out those messages as quickly as possible.

We're currently experiencing an increased volume of channel disconnections, and 2FA requests, coming from Vrbo. Our engineering team are aware and are monitoring the issue.
The majority of customers no longer have issues after reconnecting the impacted account.
