Airbnb messaging sync issue

We have received confirmation from Airbnb that there was a backlog on their services about 6 hours ago that had caused the delay in the delivery of the webhook notifications that lasted for a few hours.
This backlog has since been cleared and webhook notifications are being delivered promptly once again.

Conversation threads with Airbnb guests not created on Hospitable.com

Airbnb has now resolved the the issue on their end, all event webhooks have been backfilled, and conversation threads should be available for all guests.

Reservation Confirmation Code Missing from Reviews

Airbnb released a fix for this issue, which should resolve the problem with missing reservation confirmation code in reviews and reservation alteration webhook notifications. They will continue to monitor this closely.
