Missed Vrbo event messages

From October 8th at 10:40 UTC until October 9th at 09:30 UTC, we had an incident with Vrbo event messages not being able to be sent. This included messaging rules for new reservations, new inquiries, cancellations, etc.

We have now recovered all event messages missed in this period, unless the host has already sent a message in the same thread or the status has changed further.
