This issue is now resolved. Honeywell/Resideo thermostats are syncing with Hospitable again, and status updates, remote commands, and scheduled climate presets are working as expected. Any climate schedules that were missed during the incident will resync automatically.

We're currently experiencing issues syncing Honeywell/Resideo thermostats. Status updates, remote commands, and scheduled climate presets may be delayed or not run as expected.

The issue started on the Honeywell side. Our smart device partner has found a fix and is now reconnecting all affected accounts. No action is needed on your end.
