We’ve cleaned up any unintended entries and removed all listings that were incorrectly created during this time.
Recap:
A recent change to Vrbo’s listing statuses caused some listings to surface (or resurface) in Hospitable.
This did not affect your Vrbo connection or calendar sync, but it may have resulted in one of the following:
- New Vrbo listings appearing in your account that you hadn’t previously imported
- Previously removed Vrbo listings were restored
Any properties created as a result of this issue will not be counted toward your subscription, and you will not be billed for them. If you received an email about hitting your subscription limit, you can disregard it.

We have rolled out a fix to revert the unintentionally created VRBO listings. It's applying to each host's account one after the other. We expect it to complete running in the next 30 minutes.

Identified -
We have identified slight changes in VRBO APIs regarding listings. It caused our system to processing inactive VRBO listings. This lead to new Hospitable properties being created (or deleted ones being restored if the listing was already associated) for those inactive listings.
We are working on identifying the affected users & their properties. We will delete and/or mute those properties as a fix.

We are aware of an issue where old or deleted VRBO listings are resurfacing in Hospitable, we have confirmed that this doesn't impact the calendar sync with VRBO, and our team is actively working to address this.
